* Umpire fees are the responsibility of the teams
playing, not the league.
* Two umpires are to be scheduled for each game. If
only one umpire shows up, a volunteer may be used, if
and only if both managers and the umpire in attendance
agree to that person.
* If no umpires show up, then a volunteer may be
used, if and only if both team managers agree to that person.
