The biggest must have accessory in the 21st century is
definitely a rack of the most perfect abs as possible. The more
ripped and cut they are, the more attractive you are? If you are
like thousands of other people, you have tried every trick of
the trade to get those perfect abs, and you are still left in
some undesirable stage of your diet, and this is sad fact for
both men and women.
As always proper diet and exercise is always needed, but it’s
the type of diet and exercise that is the issue here. Firstly,
the most effective type of dieting for dropping unwanted tummy
weight is definitely a low-carb, low-fat, high protein diet. A
diet that consists of more meats, fish, peas, beans, fruits and
veggies, which promotes faster fat burn without the lack of any
essential nutrients and vitamins. Also the other issue is with
the type of exercises that you do, and as always the go is that
hundreds of crunches and back breaking sit-ups are needed to
achieve this goal of the perfect abs. But this is not the case,
many, many individuals are now seeing the benefit of a cardio
intense workout to burn that unwanted fat.
Your diet should be strictly the suggested above foods and
little to no sugar and absolutely no major type of carbs
allowed. And for reference, these include breads, in all shapes
and sizes, pasta as well, rice and potatoes. Protein helps burn
the unnecessary fat, and builds muscle mass, and protein rich
foods will give you all the natural fat burning that you need.
The exercises that you need to emphasize on are the dreaded
pull-ups, biking, walking, aerobics, dancing, running,
push-ups, and other type of cardio filled workout that pops
into your head. Yes, dancing, tae-bo, kung-fu, karate, and all
the other fun things are allowed, because this should all be
enjoyed on some level. And obviously if you are enjoying it,
you would continue to do it without hesitation.
The pull-ups and push-ups are the harder numbers, but they are
worth it with the results, because they both induce faster fat
burn on the lower abs, and the love handles in a shorter space
of time. They may be difficult, but its’ worth it.
Speaking of the impossible love handles, they have their cure
too; with a great mixture of squatting and weight training, and
the above mentioned push-ups, they will start to melt away into
nothingness, with a little bit of daily effort.
All of these exercises, if done as little as 30-40 minutes a
day will give you the desired results and a bit of patience
too. The perfect abs is attainable to anyone willing to sweat
and sacrifice for their goal.
